The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a day of hiking. Convenient parking and a beautifully decorated reception area added to the charm of our stay. Unfortunately, amenities like the hot tub and pool were unavailable, which was disappointing and should have been communicated in advance.

The room was nicely decorated and spacious.

During my stay, the bathroom door kept getting stuck, which was frustrating. I was also charged an unexpected deposit that was much higher than I anticipated, leading to a lot of anxiety about my finances. The front desk staff didn't provide any helpful information about this issue, which made the experience even worse.

Staying here felt like a cozy family gathering. The room was stunning and the kids adored the fun pool. The steam room and hot tub were perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring.
